These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ijustPaid website, mobile application, platform, products, features, and services collectively referred to as the "Service."

The Service is operated by ijustPaid Inc., doing business as ijustPaid ("ijustPaid," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About ijustPaid

ijustPaid is a community-driven price-sharing and consumer information platform.

The Service allows users to share information about products and services they have purchased, including prices paid, purchase locations, receipts or invoices, photographs, descriptions, opinions, and reviews.

Our goal is simple:

Real People. Real Prices. Real Reviews.

ijustPaid is an information-sharing platform. Unless specifically stated otherwise, ijustPaid does not sell the products or services posted by users and is not a party to transactions between users and third-party businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority in your province, territory, state, or country of residence, you may only use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Certain features, contests, promotions, or services may have additional age requirements.

Other information relating to a purchase or consumer experience.

Collectively, this information is referred to as "User Content."

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content to ijustPaid, you grant ijustPaid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, modify for technical or presentation purposes, and otherwise use your User Content for the operation, promotion, development, and improvement of the Service.

This licence continues for as long as your User Content remains on the Service and for a reasonable period afterward where copies remain in backups, legal records, or previously distributed materials.

5. Receipts and Invoices

ijustPaid may allow users to upload receipts, invoices, or other proof of purchase.

Before uploading a receipt or invoice, you are responsible for reviewing the document and removing or obscuring personal or sensitive information that should not be made public.

This may include:

Full credit or debit card numbers;
Bank account information;
Home addresses;
Personal telephone numbers;
Personal email addresses;
Customer identification numbers;
Loyalty account numbers;
Insurance information;
Medical information; and
Any other confidential or sensitive personal information.

You must not upload a receipt, invoice, or document containing another person's private information without appropriate permission.

ijustPaid may use automated or manual tools to detect, obscure, redact, restrict, or remove information that appears to contain sensitive information.

However, ijustPaid does not guarantee that all sensitive information will be detected or removed.

Users remain responsible for reviewing documents before uploading them.

6. Accuracy of Price Information

ijustPaid is built around users sharing what they actually paid.

By posting a price, receipt, invoice, or purchase experience, you agree that the information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not knowingly:

Post a false price;
Alter a receipt to misrepresent a purchase;
Fabricate an invoice;
Misrepresent where a product or service was purchased;
Create a false review;
Impersonate another consumer;
Manipulate ratings or reviews; or
Post misleading information intended to harm or improperly benefit a business, person, product, or service.

Prices displayed on ijustPaid may vary based on location, date, taxes, promotions, memberships, coupons, negotiated rates, product availability, currency, and other factors.

A price posted by a user is not a guarantee that another user will receive the same price.

7. Reviews and Opinions

Users may share honest opinions about products, services, and businesses.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience or purchase.

You may not post content that is knowingly false, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or intended to improperly manipulate a business's reputation.

If you received money, free products, discounts, commissions, gifts, or another benefit connected to a post or review, you must clearly disclose that relationship.

ijustPaid may label, restrict, investigate, or remove reviews that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use ijustPaid to post, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

Is knowingly false or fraudulent;
Contains forged or manipulated receipts or invoices;
Violates another person's privacy;
Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
Is defamatory or unlawfully threatening;
Promotes hatred or unlawful discrimination;
Contains illegal content;
Promotes fraud or scams;
Contains malicious software or code;
Attempts to obtain passwords or financial information from other users;
Impersonates another person or business;
Manipulates reviews, ratings, contests, or platform features;
Uses automated systems, bots, scrapers, or data harvesting tools without our written permission; or
Interferes with the operation or security of the Service.

We may remove content or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Businesses and Business Responses

Businesses may be referenced, reviewed, or discussed by users on ijustPaid.

Where available, ijustPaid may allow businesses to claim a business profile or respond to user posts and reviews.

Businesses may not pressure, threaten, harass, or improperly compensate users to remove or alter truthful reviews.

Businesses must clearly disclose sponsored content, advertising, or promotional relationships where required.

ijustPaid does not guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by a business or user.

10. Following Users and Notifications

The Service may allow users to follow other users and receive notifications when those users post content.

Following another user does not create a business, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Users may be able to adjust notification preferences through their account settings.

Certain service-related communications may be necessary for the operation or security of an account.

11. Price Search and Automated Tools

ijustPaid may use automated tools, artificial intelligence, algorithms, search systems, or other technologies to locate, organize, compare, summarize, or display pricing information.

These tools may include features designed to identify prices available from retailers or other sources.

Automated results may contain errors, delays, outdated information, or incomplete information.

Users should confirm pricing, availability, taxes, shipping costs, fees, and purchase terms directly with the applicable retailer or service provider before making a purchase.

ijustPaid does not guarantee that a displayed price is the lowest available price.

12. Advertising and Sponsored Content

ijustPaid may display advertising, sponsored content, promoted posts, affiliate content, or other commercial material.

Sponsored or promotional content may be identified using labels such as "Sponsored," "Promoted," "Advertisement," or similar wording.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements and promotional claims.

The display of an advertisement does not necessarily mean that ijustPaid endorses the advertiser, product, or service.

13. Contests and Promotions

ijustPaid may offer contests, giveaways, promotions, or other programs.

Each contest or promotion may be subject to separate official rules.

Where separate contest rules conflict with these Terms, the contest or promotion rules will apply to that specific contest or promotion.

Users may not create multiple accounts, use bots, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise manipulate a contest or promotion.

We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate applicable rules.

14. Intellectual Property

The ijustPaid name, logos, branding, platform design, software, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to ijustPaid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit ijustPaid intellectual property without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ijustPaid intellectual property to a user.

15. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

We do not guarantee that using ijustPaid will save you money.

We do not guarantee that a posted price is current, available, accurate, or the lowest price available.

Any purchasing decision you make is your responsibility.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ijustPaid does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ijustPaid and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes losses arising from reliance on user-posted prices, reviews, advertisements, third-party products, third-party services, or automated search results.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ijustPaid and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

Your User Content;
